Eagle Reborn Pty Ltd (ABN 68 695 496 970) (“we”, “us”, “Eagle Reborn”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and how we handle email marketing under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
What we collect
- Email address — when you join our founding/launch list.
- Consent record — the fact that you gave consent, with the date, time and IP address, kept as proof of that consent.
- Usage and device data — if you accept analytics cookies, we collect standard analytics information (such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser) through Google Analytics 4.
Why we collect it
- To email you early access news and a launch-day offer for the Eagle Reborn shower filter.
- To measure how our website and advertising perform, and to improve them.
- To show and measure relevant advertising where you have consented.
Consent and your choices
We only add you to our email list when you give clear, express consent on our sign-up form. Every email we send includes an easy way to unsubscribe, and we action unsubscribe requests promptly as required by the Spam Act.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing your cookies or contacting us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our list and measure our site:
- Omnisend — our email marketing platform, which stores your email address and sends our emails.
- Google (Analytics 4) — website analytics.
Some of these providers may store data on servers outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your information consistently with the APPs.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address while you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period afterwards to honour your unsubscribe and meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. To do so, or to make a privacy complaint, email hello@eaglereborn.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
