The free shipping threshold counts items, not dollars. A filter kit plus a refill pack ships free. Two refill packs ship free. Any two items ship free.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from an Australian fulfilment centre. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Most Australian metro deliveries arrive within 3 to 7 business days of your order, with regional and remote areas taking longer.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.
Buying through Amazon
Our filter and refill packs are also listed on Amazon Australia, where delivery is free for Prime members. If you already have Prime, that may work out cheaper for a single item. Orders placed on Amazon are covered by Amazon returns and delivery policies rather than this page.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and a further shipping charge may apply.
Delays outside our control
Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timeframes are theirs rather than ours. Weather, public holidays and carrier backlogs can add time. If your tracking has not moved for several days, contact us and we will chase it for you.
International orders
We currently ship within Australia only. We are working on international delivery. If you are outside Australia and want the filter, email us and we will let you know as soon as we can ship to you.
