These terms apply when you buy from eaglereborn.com.au. Please read them before ordering. Purchases made through Amazon are governed by Amazon terms, not these.

Prices and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The price you see is the price you pay, with shipping shown separately at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted.
A tax invoice is issued with every order.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received it, but the contract is formed when we dispatch your order.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if the item is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, or if we cannot verify the delivery details. If we do, we refund you in full and explain why.
Payment
We accept credit and debit cards through Stripe, and payments through PayPal. Card details are handled by those providers and are never stored on our website.
Payment is taken at the time you place your order.
Delivery
Shipping rates, dispatch times and delivery information are set out on our Shipping page, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds
Our Returns and Refunds policy forms part of these terms. In short: we do not accept change of mind returns for hygiene reasons, and we replace or refund goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described.
What we claim about the product
The Eagle Reborn filter is a shower filter. It reduces chlorine and helps reduce chloramine in shower water. It does not remove chloramine entirely, it is not a drinking water treatment system, and it is not a whole-house system.
The KDF-55 media used in the cartridge is certified to NSF/ANSI 42. The finished filter is not NSF certified and we do not claim that it is.
This product is not a medical device and we make no health or therapeutic claims about it. Water quality varies by location, retailer and season, and results vary accordingly.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Installation is your responsibility. Please follow the instructions supplied, do not overtighten fittings, and if you are unsure, use a licensed plumber.
Your account and communications
Please keep your contact and delivery details accurate. We send order confirmations, dispatch notices and tracking by email. Joining our email list is separate and optional, and you can unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in your own state or territory where the law allows.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
